Zurich Insurance sought to increase the number of employees signing for to their employee discount scheme. Our solution was to create ambassadors for the scheme – real employees, rather than models or actors, who were already members, who could credibly share their reasons for joining. We set up a video shoot in Zurich’s Fareham offices where volunteers shared their stories. The fun day-long shoot resulted in some wonderful footage and generated interest and excitement on the day.
Collateral was rolled out across Zurich locations nationwide – including posters, digital displays for reception areas screens, and video. We also ran a series of internal roadshows enabling face-to-face engagement with employees to drive excitement and ultimately increase sign ups.
